Gold 6 is located on the final turns of the lap as the cars come from Blanchimont corner into a tight chicane before the pit straight.

It was my first full F1 weekend and I have enjoyed it every minute there. We have stayed on the yellow campsite which is not too far away from the track min walk.

Atmosphere was just great, weather was fantastic, really couldn't ask for more. Brilliant experience, highly recommended to anyone. Your event team where excellent with any help prior to the event.

We where lucky enough to get a good spot with space, arrive late and those where no so lucky. A map to find the way from campsite to circuit would be an improvement for first timers.

Ticketing system for food, again information would have been useful Await details of British Grand Prix for next year and packages available.

Everything went very smoothly from booking to the actual event. Gold 6 was a good view point and you saw the cars quite close going into the chicane.

Having separate loos and refreshments for gold 6 were a god send. The only negative point It would have been good to have had lanyards included in the price we paid for the tickets.

Catering - limited choice. The Belgian police made no effort to manage the traffic and it took far too long to access and exit - 1.

What an awesome experience all the way from the actual booking to the race itself. Book F1 were wonderful to deal with and their communication was fabulous- no issues at all.

We booked the 3 day Gold 6 tickets and had the most amazing seats. It was great to be under cover as it rained on the Friday and the facilities for food and amenities was super.

Spa was a fantastic track and we stayed in Liege, we took the train to Verviers each day about 20 mins and then a shuttle bus and about a 20 minute walk from the drop off point to the track and our seats.

It took about 2 hours - was pretty well organised and very reasonable cost. Would definitely book again through Book F1 and certainly recommend the Belgium track as a must do for F1 fans.

Thanks so much for making this such a wonderful event for us. Spa is a fantastic circuit that provides the very best F1 racing.

Shame about the venue organisers who don't give a toss about your comfort or the ease of use of their site. The facilities for disabled or walking impaired are a disgrace.

They provided a token 'disabled parking' car park free to blue badge holders to presumably satisfy regulations and that's your lot.

I bought tickets for Stand 6, the chicane, or 'Bus Stop'. This turned out to be a 15 minute walk including a long ascent up a hill that had volunteers pushing two wheelchair folk to the top whilst a VIP buggy whizzed by Never again will I buy tickets for Stand 6.

Why aren't BookF1. One lost customer for next year I think? On the postive, the Stand was very well placed for noise and terrific racing action, and opposite a big TV screen.

Regular toilets were better than expected, and of course food and merchandise vendors abound. Finally, a point about the Spa Circuit organisers. They do not care one jot about you.

They are not troubled that it took me 2. I'm especially pissed off I missed the Formula 2 race on Sunday.

Joined the queue at , race started at Reached my seat ten minutes after it had finished. Damn, I paid to see that!

Total mindless disorganization with coaches simply stopping for 10 minutes whilst everyone switches off their car engines and wait. Rain on Friday night rendered many of the grass carparks unfit for parking cars.

Massive hold-ups, confusion, shaking of heads, etc, 3 hours tail backs. Has it never rained at Spa before? Of course it has, BUT the organisers don't care a bit.

The message seemed to be 'You are just Joe Punter who bought a ticket', and I certainly felt like it. How could BookF1. Familiarize themselves with Circuit access arrangements for disabled and walking impaired clients.

Then include this in their information pack. And win my custom back! Familiarize themselves with Stand walking distances and buggy facilities. Then include this is the info pack.

Finally, to borrow a quote from Bruce Springsteen his about concerts : This could be someone's first F1 experience, or their last one.

So let's keep improving the service : Thanks for reading, Robert. No where near enough buses where laid on or allowed to drop off at gate areas although driving straight past them.

On leaving the track we found a bus to take us to the next village to be told to swop buses but the roads where closed by police and no buses where allowed down that route and had to walk 7k on roads with no walkways!!

Also for some reason it is thought to be totally acceptable to place open mens urinals right next to the stands. Thankfully there was not any breeze or young children in the area.

Also the cost of food and drinks at these events are absolutely ridiculous do they not realise if they made the prices cheaper they would sell more still making plenty of profit as less people would take their own food We appreciate security was second to none but public transport and security should of worked together.

Disappointing stand as view obscured by mesh fencing. Access by train and bus also just as bad. Poor catering facilities and lack of staff on stalls.

This was a great section with most of the seats shaded from all sun and rain and being at the end of the row we got all the breeze available which is great due to the heat wave that weekend!

The food is absolutely awful!! Would recommend not pre purchasing and overpaying in addition to being billed the DHL fee!

Traffic to and from the track is daunting, so leave early and plan on staying an extra 2 hours with a different driving option than the E42 and E40!

Overall race was great, track interesting and were able to walk the whole track which was great for a full perspective.

Stand chicane : The view was great but seats were small and there was no room for our belongings as if put under seats it could fall through gap in stands.

Also, general admission ticket holders could get very close so had similar view and therefore did not feel the gold ticket price was justified.

Facilities: as all outdoors, there was lack of respite from sun; an indoor air conditioned area would have been great as it averaged 35 degrees the weekend we attended and our son struggled, as did we!

No suitable provision for breastfeeding or baby changing. Parking: arrival was well organised by attendants but on leaving it was very difficult.

It took over an hour to leave our field and a further 45mins to reach the main road E42 where traffic continued to be heavy. Thursday pit walk access excellent, though busy!

The circuit is a major change after visiting monza last year. Book F1 provided great service as usual.

After reading previous reviews we chose gold 6 and were delighted. A close up view of the chicane and pit lane with a large TV screen directly in front of stand E.

We sat several rows back, too near the front and view is somewhat restricted. This stand has it's own loos free which were ok each day.

Food limited but large portions. We took our own beers each day and were not checked or stopped at all. We stayed in liege, v near the station.

Even on race day we got out as quick as other days. The pick up point changed due to road closures but we didn't have the delays people in cars seemed to have.

Would choose liege and gold 6 again, but have already booked Hungary for next year with book F1 of course. One of the best circuits to watch racing.

The weather certainly contributed to a fantastic weekend to see racing; not only F1 but all the support races as well.

Access to the circuit via the yellow parking lots was exceptionally well organized and made for a short drive from my hotel in Malmedy. The Thursday pit lane walk was a zoo given the number of people and limited width of pit lane access but still worth the visit to walk the pits and front straight and chicane corner where my gold seat was.

Only complaints were: 1 lack of audio in the Chicane stands solved by expense of purchasing radio headphones, although English only for F1 races and 2 TV screens are relatively small for such an event; smaller than most of the other courses I have attended Montreal, Monza, Monaco.

Need to be prepared to use very basic toilet facilities - and I'm comparing them to the portaloos at Silverstone!!! We found it better to take a picnic after trying the food on the first day - choice very poor and we did wince at the general lack of food hygiene not to mention the price.

And we are definitely not what you'd call fussy eaters! Also need to be fairly fit to cope with natural geography of the circuit - obviously little bit of hill walking backwards and forwards to car parks.

Had fabulous time and a great race though! The whole experience from booking to the main event was perfect.

We stayed in Malmedy which took no more than minutes on each day to get into the track from the police and traffic marshals are amazing with managing the traffic.

Food is pricey in the event but they have no issues with you bringing your own food They don't allow cool boxes in the grandstand areas, backpacks etc are fine though Will be going again for sure and taking an extended break as the area is beautiful.

Brilliant circuit but facilities could be improved and bins could get emptied on Saturday..! I'm always very happy with BookF1.

The service, info provided, ease of purchase, ticket delivery, and most importantly seating is always the best. I'm forever recommending BookF1 and will continue to do so.

Ok, so now a review of my experience this year. I booked 3 grandstand tickets for Gold 6 Chicane , plus a last minute General Admission ticket.

Children aged 5 and under are granted free entry but must sit on their parent's lap in a grandstand unless a separate child ticket is purchased. Children aged 6 and above will require an entry ticket, for both General Admission and Grandstand tickets.

Identification may be required for children on the day. Discounted child tickets are valid for persons aged 15 and under. A disabled podium for wheelchair users is available next to the Gold 7 grandstand.

A disabled spectator and one carer can use the podium - each person will require a separate ticket. Please select the Wheelchair Podium ticket s from the ticket list.

A disability card may be required both at the time of booking and on arrival at the circuit. A free afternoon pit walk and drivers' autograph session is expected to be held on the Thursday for all 3-day ticket holders subject to confirmation.

You will not need to pre-book to take part in the Pit Walk. Spa-Francorchamps circuit is a very popular circuit for General Admission. If you are purchasing a Bronze: General Admission ticket, you are welcome to take fold-down chairs and blankets with you, but please be advised that the terrain of this area can be quite rough and hilly in places.

Due to the size of this circuit, there may also be long walks to the General Admission areas, depending on the entrance that you use. Please note : All tickets except hospitality passes will be issued as e-tickets.

Tickets will be issued 2 - 4 weeks before the race.

I'm forever recommending BookF1 and will continue to do so. Ok, so now a review of my experience this year. I booked 3 grandstand tickets for Gold 6 Chicane , plus a last minute General Admission ticket.

We received 3 front row seats in Block F first block at the main entrance to the grandstand. At first thought I thought this would be ideal, but our front row seats were on the main aisle narrow of the grandstand so people were passing by non-stop.

Obviously, this isn't BookF1's fault but the layout of the grandstand definitely needs some improvement. I think that a middle block, or higher up the stand, might provide a little better viewing.

The fencing in front of you is quite thick for protection quite a few miss their braking zone here and go straight off track in front of you , but overall it does block your view.

There is a giant screen in front of you, but it is way across the track and unfortunately the image was not clear, so making out the timings and positions was impossible.

It was also impossible to hear any of the loudspeakers in the stand. The General Admission experience directly above Gold 6 was better by comparison in terms of track view, screen view and loudspeakers.

Although, you don't have a guaranteed seat. So I did the British thing and took some sandwiches with me, and relied on the outlets for drinks this time.

The facilities are always poor and you should take your own toilet paper for example, but at least the grandstand has its own toilets exclusive to the ticket holders.

The open air urinals though are such a joke! Hardly makes for pleasant viewing and as it's right by the track, it's hard to ignore. I wonder if the drivers noticed these whilst going around on their track parade!

The weather was amazingly warm and sunny. Splashed out this time for a covered grandstand to protect us from the rain, which unfortunately never came.

On track action at the Chicane corner is quite interesting. You do not get a view of the grid, but you can see the podium if you turn to the left.

Parking seemed a bit disorganised this year. Spa always proves to be a great weekend, which is why I decided to go for a 3rd time, and I'd recommend it to any true F1 fan.

You just need to be well prepared to get the most of out it. The track is amazing, and what it lacks in food and proper WCs it makes up for in experience!

Going to Spa to see a race should be on every F1 fan's bucket list. The circuit is in a beautiful setting and has so may iconic spots it is a pleasure to watch a race here.

My second visit and while the circuit is great for viewing and the parking is well organised the catering and toilet facilities let the circuit down.

Excellent weekend, beautiful track, the catering on offer was absolutely atrocious. Unless you wanted to eat chips, burger or bad quality processed meat you had no other choices.
